Terms and Conditions
- All bookings must be made before 31 August 2020.
- All bookings are valid for stays until 30 November 2020.
- Full payment is required upon check-in.
- Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours before check-in date, failing which, the full room stay will be charged.
- Breakfast is not included in booking fees. Friends of Kloe are entitled to 10% off our a la carte breakfast rates.
- All room bookings are subject to availability.
- Discounts at Monroe and Lucky Coffee are only valid until 31 August 2020 and can only be redeemed upon showing your confirmation email.
- This promotion is transferable. Share the QR code with your friends and family.
