COVID-19 Update

Dear Guest,

Please help keep everyone safe – We will only allow you in if you are fully vaccinated (14 days after your second dose; or 28 days if you took a single dose vaccine).

If you are unable to proof your Vaccination Status via MySejahtera App, We will not be able to accommodate you and it will be considered a “No Show”

 

 

In accordance with guidelines and regulations of Malaysia’s, the hotel is currently open for stays on a limited capacity, and its F&B outlets open for responsible dine-in and takeaway.

Please be assured that we have set out several guidelines in accordance with the Ministry of Health (MoH) to minimize any risk in our spaces. Our priority has always been to ensure that you feel safe and welcome in our spaces at all times.

The following are measures that we have implemented for anyone that wishes to stay with us, or simply visit our spaces for a meal or a coffee.

  1. All visitors and team members will be temperature tested and registered upon entry and re-entry with MySejahtera Apps
  2. All frequent contact surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
  3. We highly encourage everyone to wear masks at all times. If you do not have one, we will provide one to you.
  4. Zero-contact hand sanitizers are provided at all entry points. Please make use of them and sanitize your hands regularly.
  5. To ensure social distancing, there are lines 1m apart marked at waiting areas. We have also placed display cards where seating is not permitted.
  6. All team members are required to be temperature tested 3 times a day upon arrival, mid-shift, and departure.
  7. All team members are required to wear masks at all times.
  8. Our team members follow a schedule to guide routine general cleaning to ensure that all areas are regularly disinfected.
  9. Team members that are unwell are refused entry and will be referred to our panel clinic or closest hospital to get medical attention.
  10. All tables are distanced at least 1m apart, with areas marked to ensure social distancing for our in-house restaurant and cafe, Monroe and Lucky Coffee Bar.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to visitors/guests that are unwell and will advise them to seek medical attention immediately. Without medical clearance, we will not be able to accommodate visitors/guests that are unwell.

These are uncertain times, and the fight in combating this pandemic is a collective one, so we ask that all our visitors/guests stay responsible and obey all our health protocols in place.
